Villa Oasis is located 70 km south of Thessaloniki in the beginning of Kassandra, the western peninsula of Halkidiki. Our apartments and studios are built on a hill in the countryside, next to the pinewood, above the sandy beach and far from the crowd. There are no restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance from Villa Oasis. You can find many shops in the near by villages of Nea Fokea and Nea Potidea, both 5km away.
There is a bus stop 400m away but if you want to enjoy the most of your vacations in Halkidiki a car is necessary. There are many interesting places and magnificent beaches to visit around. The long sandy beaches of Kassandra, the small bays of Sithonia, the wild forests of mount Holomontas and the tour of the monasteries of Mount Athos by boat are waiting for you.
Villa Oasis is also in the middle between New Moudania (commercial centre) and Kallithea, (centre of night life) or Afitos (traditional village) and Sani complex (luxurious resort).The wildest nightlife, the most luxury resorts and the best cultural events of Chalkidiki are less than 15km away. From our relaxing beach, up to the most crowded all day beach bars, and from the small romantic taverns on the beach, up to the famous summer festivals in Sani, Siviri and New Moudania, everything is so close.

How to find us easy

. If you are coming by car, drive to Thessaloniki. Following the signals to Halkidiki take the circumference road and exit to Halkidiki.Then drive straight and 60km later you will pass the bridge over Nea Potidea channel.
. If you come by plane, from the airport drive straight for 3km and exit right at the signal to Nea Moudania. Then drive straight and 55 km later you will pass the bridge over Nea Potidea channel.
. 5.5km after the bridge you will see our signals at the LEFT SIDE of the ONE WAY road to the south.
Turn left and enter our property.
