Villa Oasis self-catering vacation rental is not designed to offer cheap accommodation but in practice offers cheap vacations. The bigger expense for a family in holidays is feeding. For our guests, restaurants are not a need but an entertainment. They usually shop in supermarkets and prepare their meals by themselves. They use to dine outdoors, in their verandas, balconies and patios or in the barbeque area enjoying the view, the sea breeze and our beautiful garden.
The following rates are per apartment per night for 4 persons. Extra bed can be added in the ground floor apartments with an extra cost of 10 euro per night.
Minimum reservation 7 nights.

We offer 5% discount for longer than 2 week bookings and 10% for longer than 4 week ones.
To confirm a reservation an advance payment of 25% of the total cost (not less than 2 nights) is needed. Swift transfer to our bank account or PayPal or Western Union can be used.
Balance has to be paid on the second day.
Cancellations 4 weeks prior to arrival, full refund.
